Responsible for comprehensive religious support and pastoral care to over 2,000 US and Korean military/civilian staff members and their families and over 38,000 authorized beneficiaries. Responsible for the training, personnel management, and professional development of students in assigned platoon. Conducts large and small group instruction. Served as a staff pastor for the Chapel Next congregation on Fort Jackson.

Instructor/Writer & Small Group Leader (SGL) for the Chaplain Captains Career Course (C4) at the United States Army Chaplain Center and School (USACHCS). Led, supervised, coached, counseled, mentored and trained 78 mid-grade active component US chaplains and chaplains from partner nations, to address an ever-changing operational environment and enhance critical thinking, effective communication, and inspirational leadership. Planned, facilitated and evaluated large and small group instruction to include Captains Career Course Common Core curriculum.
