The primary strategy of the SKALA Program is to promote improved collaboration among Indonesian government entities at both national and local levels, fostering synergies that lead to better service delivery outcomes. Building on the successes and lessons from Australia’s 17 years of prior support, SKALA aims to scale up these achievements. The program is structured around 3 main pillars:1.
