A 12-week immersive full-stack software engineering course. Involved full-time online lectures and workshops as well as daily homework. I completed one solo and three group projects using various programming languages and frameworks.

Coached clients to help them achieve their fitness and health goals by not only acting as an instructor but helping them to realise why and how they should incorporate various techniques and exercises. Throughout my sessions I explained the fascinating principles of Biomechanics, Anatomy and Physiology to ensure clients developed a comprehensive understanding of their own bodies and how to use them effectively. This really increased their motivation to improve their health and performance, upon contemplation of how complex and beautiful the systems of the human body are. Upon assessing clients' strengths, weaknesses and goals, I constructed personalised training programmes which were updated in response to progress that I would closely track. The safety of my clients was of paramount importance to me, so I consistently checked the environment and equipment being used for sessions, as well as reiterating the importance of correct technique and a smart approach to training in order to avoid preventable injuries. My desire to constantly give my clients relevant information and help them maintain a positive mindset pushed me to frequently build upon my knowledge of exercise and the human body by researching scientific articles and reading books on these fields. I felt that the more I developed my own skills and knowledge, the more I could offer to those that work with me, and that is something I firmly believe to this day.
