In this role I own the delivery and post-order customer experience for Amazon's Grocery brands (Whole Foods, Amazon Fresh) globally. I lead a team of technical product managers that own roadmaps for 7 engineering teams. We own core services including ship-options and slot selection, charging (e.g. tips, EBT), recovery (e.g. returns and replacements), notifications, post-order modifications, and the order details page (e.g. progress tracker, order summary, digital receipts). We own the CX for both traditional and Just Walk Out (JWO) shopping.

In this role I led a team of product and program managers that build products for Amazon's physical retail stores. We work closely across all of Amazon's first party stores (e.g. Amazon 4-star, Amazon Books, Amazon Go, Whole Foods) to build products that blend the online and offline shopping experience, ultimately making customer's lives easier while also generating a positive impact to the P&L. We built and launched products such as: buy online, pickup in store (BOPIS), .com returns (i.e. buy online, return in store), device trade-ins, and the integration of various digital subscription services (e.g. Audible, Amazon Music, Kindle Unlimited) at point of sale.

In this role I built new omni-channel products and experiences into Amazon's physical retail stores. I built and scaled a returns experience that significantly increased customer satisfaction (NPS) and store traffic, and designed a pickup experience that provides added convenience to Amazon customers. I worked across Amazon's different physical store formats (e.g. Amazon Books, 4-star, Go, Whole Foods) to ensure we built consistent experiences for our customers, and my success in this role was measured by goals tied directly to our P&L.
