I am a team player and readily support other members of the team, providing guidance and knowledge to help projects succeed.For the past 22 years I have been working in the Investment Banking industry using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Solution Architect, designing systems that enhance business processes that adhere to security policies, enterprise guidelines and industry best practices.Hands on developer and Application Architect, I have extensive industry experience in Java, J2EE, C#, Javascript as well as related application frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate.Other technologies and platforms include, Angular, React, ASP.Net, VB.Net, Informatica, BizTalk, WebSphere MQ, WebSphere Message Broker, WebSphere Application Server, Tomcat, JBoss, Unix (Solaris, Redhat), Windows.I am very interested in many technologies but I am especially interested in cloud computing and recent projects have utilised Microsoft Azure as well as containers utilising AKS/Kubernetes.I have also been involved in DevOps processes ranging from simple Ant build configurations through to more complex CI/CD pipelines such as using GitHub/Jira/Jenkins/Liquibase/SonarQube and Ansible to perform fully automated application builds and deployments.
