The world in which we know it is an ever-changing template of consciousness.. We are coming into a time where service is of primary consideration. Individuals as well as organizations are being challenged to rise above the title; the who you know; the monetary game and what is projected on the surface. In doing so opportunities exist to promote a sustainable and equitable environment which contributes to the wellbeing of all beings; not just a few. Walking the talk as they say.. We must insist upon, as well as instill a more culturally sensitive pedagogical approach in everything we do. This shift in paridgm is necessary for the ongoing growth expansion of our planet.. it demands a level of collaboration which goes beyond strategy and the survival of the fitest mentality. It truly embraces all aspects of diversity not purely by definition but in action word and deed: as this has been a term loosely framed and not often acted upon as intended. it promotes equity not just when it is convenient or the popular thing to do; but facilitates oneness in wellbeing. it challenges us to be better citizens of this planet as well as the universe, than we were the day before. In my journey of over 25 years of experience across various environments, I have experienced all of this first hand.. I bring both a conventional and unconventional background of experience to the table; allowing for change through an inclusive lens.. My background consists of a unique and diverse combination of experience across multiple industries, education and service: in which the connection between Health and Wellness, Education; Sustainability and Community Advocacy play a key role.  in that I place my efforts in serving as an active participant in local organizations to facilitate change and bring my deeply rooted transferable skillets and experience to the table.. i hold both a Doctor of Education, in Innovation and Leadership and a Master of Business Administration from Wilmington University; in which my Doctoral work focused specifically in the area of Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation as it relates to Technology Professionals and the associated demographic drivers of gender; ethnicity, etc. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a Minor in Computer Science from Goldey Beacom College and am currently in pursuit of a PhD in Sustainability Education from Prescott College where my research will focus on the intersectionality of Spirituality and Consciousness, Ecological Pedagogies and Environment and Land Based Practices.
