He focuses on delivering tangible solutions that allow his clients to address the concerns that are critical to their businesses. By selling solutions rather than products, Rob’s exceptional communication skills and passion for the industry give his customers confidence that their business is in good hands. Rob consistently works on developing his skills as a life coach and motivator for all he comes in contact with. Always seeing the glass half full, Rob is extremely passionate for any opportunity to help a school custodial team, a contractor cleaning team, hotel hospitality team, and all facilities Simply Improve. Beyond working side by side with all his facility customers as a consultant, Rob has the pleasure of leading a maintenance and custodial team of 120 employees for a large Illinois school district. Rob works side by side with his team to make sure the most important asset of the district, his employees, are trained, work safe, and go home the same way they came to work each and every day. Rob collaborates with other facility leaders, vendors, and manufacturers to make sure his team and 23 buildings are clean, safe, and healthy for all who visit every day. Not knowing when the next challenge will arise, Rob works alongside his 12 awesome maintenance staff to learn and solve any problem that must be addressed immediately. If it is a boiler, roof leak, toilet issue, electrical issue, tree fallen, or a tornado hitting a school, Rob continues to quickly develop solutions to keep the operations going forward. Rob is humbled to have a small part in making sure over 12,000 students learn & grow their education every year.
