Marko, A 2 time national award-winning, master of R&B and jazz vocals and a 6-year resident of Palm Springs, has been cited as having powerful melodies that resonate even after the music has ended. "Marko is a gifted vocalist with great presence and style...watch for his star to rise!" says Linda Peterson, world- renowned jazz pianist and vocalist. A “soulful singer, vocal stylist, and captivating song master” are just a few other ways Marko has been described by listeners. His vocal strength mixed with his artistic sensitivity and touch, allows Marko to appeal to listeners of all age groups and genres. Marko is a two-time National Award winning vocalist between 2001 and 2006, and has received various “Entertainer of the Year” awards in the San Diego and Southern California area since moving to California in 2000.Marko currently performs regularly in Palm Springs with other local entertainers at "Blame it On Midnight". Marko has also performed at various fund raiser events throughout the Coachella Valley and continues to seek new venues to share his love of music. Marko later went on to perform in local cabaret lounges in Philadelphia, as well as in hot spot locations such as Philadelphia’s own “Penn’s Landing" and New York City's Central Park. More recently in the Coachella Valley, Marko has performed multiple times at the McCallum Theater where he was awarded 1st first place for his performance of "At This Moment" in the 2006 Open Call Contest.
