Human Resources Generalist
Current- Employee Relations & Coaching: Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees, offering coaching on policies, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, from candidate outreach and reference checks to issuing employment contracts. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating with cross-functional.
- Policy & Documentation Management: Update and maintain job descriptions, policy manuals, and other HR documentation, ensuring they remain current, compliant, and aligned with company needs.
- Training & Development: Identify organizational training needs and contribute to the development of training programs aimed at fostering continuous learning and professional growth.
- Performance & Employee Development: Coordinate performance management processes, support employee development plans, and strategize with managers on performance and disciplinary issues.
- Employee Engagement & Morale: Monitor company culture and employee morale, implementing strategies to enhance motivation and foster a positive work environment.
