This project involved the integration of the NRMA Parks and Resorts core people data and payroll into the NRMA Group People and Payroll to centralise and streamline business processes. I led the time and attendance stream of work and software implementation of Deputy for over 10 sites and 400+ employees. This involved designing, building and testing the system and data along with training as each site transitioned.

Responsible for the preparation of outgoings forecasts and reconciliations nationally for the ING Portfolio (78 commercial and industrial properties).
