Project work (2.5 months) in a digital agency for custom development (design, web development, promotion). Primary task: Using personal experience of selling company's IT services, describe sales technology and current business processes, develop motivation system for future sales managers. Achievements: - created a corporate sales book;- brought 7 customers to the company (design - 2, PPC - 2, SEO - 3);- formulated implementation recommendations to improve sales performance;- consolidated skills acquired during digital marketing and business analysis course (modeling business processes AS IS - TO BE, reengineering in BPMN 2.0, summary tables in Excel, Jira & Confluence).

Accomplishments: Built a sales department of 5 people from scratch and increased sales by 23.1% expanding the company's footprint to 14 countries incl. the EU and Middle East. Responsibilities: - Independently hired and trained salespeople in products and specifics of B2B sales of pipeline fittings for general industrial purposes to retail and installation companies as well as end users (heating and gas distribution networks);- Described business processes, developed internal regulations, job descriptions, motivation system;- Supervised the implementation of monthly sales plans, weekly action plans by direct reports with daily coordination (CRM Bitrix 24); - Conducted market analysis, developed and implemented a sales and development strategy in the EU countries as well as related product and warehousing program.

Accomplishments:Brought the company to the leadership in export of engineering products at the regional and national level (nomination of the Russian Export Center) and delivered an average annual increase of turnover at 24.2% in 22 countries incl. the CIS, the European Union and Central Asia.Responsibilities:- Supervised daily activities of an export-import trading company with a staff of 8 people.- Hired and trained salespeople (sales and accounting)- Maintained sales in the CIS countries and developed & implemented a sales strategy in the markets of the European Union and Central Asia.

- Procurement management: search for foreign suppliers of equipment, coordination of technical specifications, negotiations, conclusion and execution of contracts from approval of commercial terms to delivery of goods to the destination point incl. interaction with customs authorities;- Support of export deliveries to the CIS countries;- Search for new markets for pipeline fittings. Homologation and certification of products, analysis of foreign markets, ABC analysis of potential buyers of products, pricing, developing of an assortment matrix, release of new products to the market according to the EU standards and requirements resulting in 8 new countries in the geography of sales and turnover of 600K euro in 2016, and additional 7 new countries and a turnover growth by 68.6% in 2017.
