Project work (2.5 months) in a digital agency for custom development (design, web development, promotion). Primary task: Using personal experience of selling company's IT services, describe sales technology and current business processes, develop motivation system for future sales managers. Achievements: - created a corporate sales book;- brought 7 customers to the company (design - 2, PPC - 2, SEO - 3);- formulated implementation recommendations to improve sales performance;- consolidated skills acquired during digital marketing and business analysis course (modeling business processes AS IS - TO BE, reengineering in BPMN 2.0, summary tables in Excel, Jira & Confluence).
