Occupying the top position of the technical ladder, I was in charge of most of the technical aspects of Magic’s projects. You could consider me to be a hands-on architect of sort, given the vast scope of work I do on a regular basis. My primary function was being able to scale projects efficiently while maximising performance and minimizing costs. During this time, I was overseeing development teams and coordinating strategies to make sure the technologies are interconnected and product lines are working smoothly. Working alongside multiple teams, I worked on making sure standards are being followed when it comes to design, application requirements and proper maintenance.
