CurrentConducts inspections of center fuselage to ensure product qualityLeader of INOV8T program. Meets and discusses process improvement, safety standards, and product quality with the Director, management, and other leaders.Maintains and enters data for aircraft history for repairs and installationsTrains new and existing technicians on drill outs, installations, repairs, and dry fits Experience with inspection tools such as micrometers, durometers, calipers, ball gauges, borescopes, torque wrenches, go-no-go gauges, push testers, and scalesExperience mixing resin for repairing carbon fiber components.Experience drilling holes within .003-inch tolerancesUnderstands digital and paper schematicsFabrication experiencePerforms Repairs to damaged componentsExperience with hand tools such as pneumatic drills, cleco runners, pliers, wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, mirrors, reverse jiffys’, pancake motors, and sanders.Works closely with engineering team to conduct thorough dry fit assessments, execute component repairs, and successfully install aircraft parts.Currently hold DoD Security Clearance
