Duties and Responsibilities:• Engages and supports all Branches within the area of coverage as the Bank’s retail arm in selling Global Markets’ products and services to high-net worth clients and corporations.• Conducts regular marketing engagements with a diversified group of clients, corporations and high net-worth individuals.• Generates trading and fee-based income for the bank.• Assists with special needs of clients through consultative selling or by linking them to other servicing units of the bank.• Creates business opportunities and suggest strategic direction and plans.• Makes sure all transactions are within internal and external rules and regulations. Specifically, KYC and Anti-Money Laundering requirements by the regulators.• Prepares reports such as but not limited to the following:- Client call reports- Branch / client performance reports- Market feedback• Ensures the delivery and proper receipt of the documents of the investing client

Generate funds from new and existing clients and maintain client base• Networks to assigned branches for requirements of their clients in securities• Accountable for the pricing and profitability of the account• Provides 2 way quotes to assigned accounts• Conducts business calls to solicit new customers• Ensures compliance of counter parties to all documentary requirements as required by BSP• Ensures accurate currency position at all times by reflecting transaction immediately in Blotter all deals and prepare trading order promptly• Maintain and update client files • Respond to clients’ inquiries promptly and accurately• Assist Traders on leave or on call• Perform other duties as may be assigned
