He accomplished this by enduring an incredibly horrific humiliating and overall painful sacrifice, while nailed to a cross in Calvary almost 2000 years ago.He shed His Innocent Blood (the only atonement for sin) on behalf of His own creation.Someone may say, why do I need to have someone die for my sins?Here's an abbreviated explanation:God is Holy and cannot allow sin, so it must be atoned for by the shedding of innocent blood. As a direct result of Adam and Eve disobeying God, each and every human born after them was born S I N positive. Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity or the ability (on our own) to atone for our sins through any kind of works acts or sacrifices. Fortunately though, God sent part of himself into his own creation, known as the man in the Bible named Jesus of Nazareth. He came into the world for the specific purpose of providing his own creation with a remedy for their sins, through his incredible sacrifice of his own human life. Furthermore, as a result of Jesus enduring that horrifically painful achievement, we do not have to endure anything. That's right, the only thing that is required of us is the sincere accepting acknowledging and worshipping of Jesus Christ as our God/Creator.Ponder this for a moment: He created everything, and then had the unfathomable ability to enter his own creation, make reconciliation for sin and then return back to his original place. Wow! That's hard for the human mind to even comprehend.As the Bible states, He will be returning soon to remove his true believers, before he goes back to dealing with Israel, during the seven year tribulation. His arrival is imminent, are you ready?
