- Charged with development of programming and oversight for this specific esports initiative at the University of Oklahoma. - Provide mentorship to student lead objectives and the organization's mission and development. - Serve as the bridge between administrative resources and student interests for all initiatives.- Cultivate a culture of inclusion across OU campus while still being intentional on high levels of intercollegiate competition through various game titles and events. - Focus on developing structure that emphasizes balance, wellness, and good sportsmanship. - Create opportunities in the industry for partnerships, strategic alliances, and growth for all things eSports and the cultures surrounding it. - Development and research for this initiative officially started in November 2016.- Responsible for the birth of the department of Esports & Co-Curricular Innovation in the Division of Student Affairs at The University of Oklahoma in 2020.
