Liaison Officer
Current- Oversee administrative duties and act as a point of contact/flow of information between the firm and clients
- Answer telephonic, mail and electronic inquiries; navigate appointments & ICAs and meetings, as needed.
- Plan and organize work priorities and communicate with clients on regular basis to assess their progress, answer queries, and discuss cases.
- Attend, participate, and contribute to case management meetings and in the implementation of strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of administrative operations.
- Assist RCIC and departmental leads on applications such as temp. visa, federal programs and student recruitment.
- Administer client’s profiles, requesting records and other documentation involved in the client’s applications
