Altibbi reshapes healthcare delivery in the Middle East, pioneering 24/7 telehealth services and personalized health programs, supported by innovative ML/AI-driven doctor support and their proprietary Arabic language processing model. I was responsible for the patient experience (i.e. reduced drop-off in waiting room by 25% and implemented smarter patient data collection) and led the exploration of several new services (prescription drug delivery, lab test referrals, nutrition programs).

At Jumbo Supermarkets, the second-largest and rapidly growing supermarket in the Netherlands, I coordinated 4 company-wide initiatives to reduce store renovations costs, improve the success rate of private label innovations, implement digital in-store marketing solutions, and improve the quality and availability of store data.

Purpose: to forecast demand surges in 20+ markets through an advanced analytics algoritm, in order to timely stop or resume marketing efforts. I led a series of multidisciplinary workshops to align the analytics team’s to-be-developed data models & dashboards with the market teams’ needs and existing tools.* Designed finance strategy for NL-based international trade NGO. The organisation aims to create long-lasting, sustainable business models in all of its projects, mostly in the agricultural sector.* Conducted re-organisation and cost reduction program at 2 European energy companies* Coordination of Agile reorganisation at a telecom company (3000 FTE). I was in charge of the go-live planning: coordinating with the organisational design teams, board members, labor unions, and the communication, HR, and finance departments. By clearly constructing and presenting integrated timeline options I provided clarity to the organisation and convinced the CEO to revise the planning.* Refined overall strategy for European insurer with focus on digital plays (e.g. engagement platforms, ecosystems, bionic agents).Besides client work I was a core member of the BCG recruiting team (interviewing candidates, speaking at events, mentoring in Female Mentorship Programme) and developed & hosted trainings for colleagues and students.
