DESTA is the abbreviation of Dutch Ethiopian Sport Talent Alliance and also the name of the organization that is committed to talent development, talent guidance and knowledge transfer. By joining forces of the cooperating parties, a sports structure is set up to give talent a chance and to reduce the gap between grassroots sport in Ethiopia.During my internship I dedicate myself to improving the guidance on a dual career for top athletes. With the research I am doing at the Ethiopian Youth Sports Academy in Addis Ababa, I want to improve the future prospects of talented Ethiopian athletes.The involved parties that have signed a collaboration until at least 2020 are:HAN Sport & Bewegen, Topsport Gelderland, Windseheim Zwolle, Respo International, Bike 4 All, Dires 4 Development, Ethiopian Youth Sports Academy.

So are the sandwiches from the menu, same as the banana pancakes, American pancakes and typical Dutch ‘poffertjes’. You can get breakfast with fresh breads, eggs and orange juice. As a staff member you do all those things: making coffees, helping the customers, make the breakfasts and lunches and serve the sweets with some nice decorations. Also give people a great experience when they reserved a High Tea (with tea, small sandwiches and different cakes and sweets).
