My name is Maaike Baartman and I graduated at The Hague School of European Studies. During my study I did an internship in Brussels. I also studied at the University of Besançon, France, two wonderful experiences. In the previous years I have gained experience in several branches. From the field of education to the financial sector, from Real Estate to health and social services. I performed activities in the field of communication and marketing as well as administrative and secretarial functions. During these activities I have developed my determination and my organisational abilities. I finally found a place where I can combine my personality, my talents and my passions. Moreover, I could use my creativity, my energy, my curiosity, my eagerness to learn and my enthusiasm.I developed an educational program ‘search and find’ for children between the age of 6 and 8. During this program the children are going back in time to find out how an aristocratic lady, Sara Louisa du Faget van Assendelft, lived around 1767. A picture puzzle quest is a part of the program. In small groups, the children will look for objects in the museum. In addition, they respond to several questions related to these objects. So, in a playful way the children discover interesting and funny things about the history of the museum.
