Research & advice into:- Activities of foreign audit offices and regulatory agencies concerning the application of algorithms in the public sector- Governance of a complex programme at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations- Information Security Governance at DICTU

- Providing strategic and tactical advice and support for several projects & programmes- Writing and editing project plans, proposals and reports- Monitoring progress & planning

- Organizing and implementing study visits in the context of a Capacity Building Programme for the Libyan Stock Market- Desk research on political and economic risks, challenges, and opportunities in the MENA region- Several administrative tasks, drafting budgets and legal documents, assisting in HR procedures

- Creating a basis for socio-economic monitoring and reporting by setting up a qualitative and quantitative monitoring programme based on previously identified Key Performance Indicators- Training a team to implement the monitoring programme and to report on the findings- Overseeing the implementation of the monitoring programme: managing two teams (resp. 16 and 3 people) preparing budgets, logistics & contracts, planning, etc.- Analysing results of qualitative monitoring programme, highlighting urgent and/or structural issues and reporting these to responsible managers- Preparation of data for ESHIA reporting

- Advising customers and selling apparel- Analysing sales figures and advising on budgets for upcoming seasons
