I am a versatile researcher, facilitator, trainer and coach. I champion human-centred design, to innovate products and services as well as define strategies. My work runs across the UX, CX, Service Design and Innovation fields and includes Design Research, Co-Creation, Co-Design and Strategic Design. Design Thinking underpins my approach. In projects and workshops I guide multidisciplinary teams to explore, empathise, frame problems, generate ideas and create and test concepts. I also help teams define personas, map customer journeys, create service blueprints and determine value propositions.Through design research I provide insight and direction. Exploring the ‘how and why’ of experiences is something I particularly enjoy. To add depth to my understanding of human behaviour I completed a post-graduate course in Behaviour Change.I love working with people who are passionate about creating human-friendly and planet-friendly solutions.
