Het zelf ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van een zomerkamp week voor kinderen (10-12) met diabetes in samenwerking met de Diabetes Vereniging Nederland (DVN). Deze weken hadden als doel kinderen meer zelfstanding en verantwoordelijk te maken voor het regelen van hun glucose waarden. Het draaien van deze kampen vroeg veel flexibiliteit en aanpassingsvermogen. Het organiseren van zomerkampen voor jongeren in de leeftijden 7-10 / 10-12 /12-14/ 14-16. De kampen duurden 1 week en waren creatief van aard (het maken van een musical, toneelstuk, film of straattheater). Verschillende kampen heb ik als hoofdstaf gedraaid. Deze kampen was ik verantwoordelijk voor de rest van de staf, de boodschappen en het contact met kantoor en ouders. De laatste twee jaar was ik medeverantwoordelijk voor het opleiden van nieuwe staf.

Working at this International hospitality and employment agency required quick adjustment and flexibility. I was working at different events and restaurants when extra staff was needed for serving food and drinks.
