Current• Onboard and offboard employees to and from and administer various employee benefits programs, such as group health, HSA, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance, 401(k), and wellness benefits. • Conduct benefits orientations and explain the benefits of the self-enrollment system. • Respond to and facilitate employee-requested leaves, FMLA, STD, LTD, and unpaid leaves.• Maintain employee benefits filing systems on different platforms and ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately into the payroll system for payroll deduction. • Assist employees with health, dental, life, and other related benefit claims. • Draft and update benefits and retirement policies from time to time. • Prepare and set up meetings designed to help employees obtain information and understand company benefits and other related incentive programs. Ensure distribution of required employee notices. • Prepare and maintain employee reports, new hires, and absentee reports.
