Responsible for implementing the recently created Commercial Banking INTERNATIONAL ONBOARDING team in Brazil (which basically is a merge of the KYC/onboarding and implementation areas, acting as the end-to-end single point of contact for clients). Also responsible for creating controls, processes automation, and acting as subject matter expert for in-country products, documentation and also regulatory requirements.

Responsible for managing the recently created Reference Data team in Brazil, implementing policies, procedures, proper controls (including risk and compliance).From the Queue Management perspective, responsible for improving the relationship and communication with the lines of business in Brazil, establishing frequent meetings in order to define priorities, provide visibility and avoid misunderstandings, implementing useful SharePoint and MS Access controls.

Responsible for managing the Client Service and Implementation teams (increasing the team capacity from five team members to 14, in order to equalize capacity vs. client/sales expectations, guaranteeing sales expected revenue). Also responsible for developing and deploying all local processes & procedures in addition to the necessary controls.Implementation team was responsible for managing the end to end setup process on TS (Treasury Services) products, from documentation to training (global and local DDA accounts, payments, internet banking solutions, investment vehicles).Client Service team was responsible for the day to day inquires on the implemented clients, having each client service officer acting as client’s main point of contact and escalation.

Member of the recent created Client service & implementation delivery team, working on treasury services implementation projects (trainings, local and global cash products and project management).Responsible for the end to end implementation process, acting as client’s main point of contact.
