In this position I also facilitated training to all staff from this and the other hotels in e.g. behavioral interviewing, six sigma, brand service culture, evaluation conversations, etc.As a Six Sigma Green Belt I was responsible for leading project teams in improving processes within the hotel. As a Six Sigma Trainer I was responsible for training hotel teams in NW Europe in the systematics of Six Sigma.

After a traineeship of 5 month in HR, I started working in Food & Beverage. After 2 months I was asked to come back in HR for fulltime and became a HR coordinator. In this role I assisted the HR Manager in his tasks. I was responsible for all administrative tasks in HR and recruitment for all associate positions.As from October 2002, my HR manager left to another hotel and I took over the full responsibility for HR in my role as coordinator. After another year I was promoted to HR manager.
