I have worked on a variety of change-related topics, primarily with organizations interested in enhancing their overall agile maturity or improving alignment and collaboration. Through this work, I have gained experience across different industries and identified patterns common to organizations undergoing change, regardless of their industry context. This has equipped me with more tools to accelerate change and facilitate the adoption of agile methodologies.I have deepened my knowledge of various scaling mechanisms and learned how to build effective collaboration within these frameworks. I understand the importance of celebrating successes, no matter how small, to make change easier and to reinforce the idea that success breeds success.I have participated in an AI project aimed at developing a personal assistant for professionals to manage and summarize large volumes of text. This experience has demonstrated the benefits of AI in freeing up time, allowing for more meaningful person-to-person connections.

Agile transformation and adaptation of SAFe agile framework implementation. My approach was to bring business and technology together to build and define agile transformation strategy and roadmap through collaborative efforts. I focus on enhancing visibility among teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring overall alignment of work progress. I witnessed firsthand the power of PI Planning and the use of program board (one big picture), seeing how crucial it is to consolidate siloed plans into a comprehensive overview and bring those visible to grow overall understanding of the work under construction.
