I am a quality manager who is curious to know how and why things work. To get the best knowledge I like to work from bottom to up. I have experience of working in different food industries and with different food standards (FSSC 22000, BRC).In my opinion teamwork, listening and open mind is the key of understanding. Rational thinking, patience and keeping a cold nerve helps me to overcome stressful moments. These keywords helped me to create something unique that has led me to the next level of self development. My son had difficulties with speech and as a parent I couldn’t help him. It was hard to find speech therapist, there were neither aid nor games on the market and most important he wasn’t willing to cooperate. Putting my need and his motivation together I created a speech therapy game – Kõnevurr.From one course I met Kaili and as she found what I was up to, she offered cooperation with her and Jane that led to creating a company called Kõnekindlus. With the help of different specialists we create and produce speech therapy games in Estonia and the most known game is Kõnevurr that is compact and can be further developed. The game is meant for specialists, parents, kindergartens and schools. Kõnevurr is sold to about 250 kindergartens, 400 homes. Many speech therapists use it in everyday work. It helps to connect with children more easily and the fulfillment of the therapy exercises is more playful. Children love it and specialists suggest it. Kõnekindlus is one of the participants of Tallinn Creative Incubator and Top 20 team in Ajujaht business accelerator.Finding balance between being an entrepreneur, professional work, being mom of 3 and volunteer work has taught me concentration and time planning.I love to see good in everyone and everything!
