My role was as a team co-ordinator of four production ADs. It was my duty to follow the general work load, allocate new cases among the team members and oversee everything was handled according the graphic guidelines and schedule. Simultaneously I took care of my own layout work, participated in designing suggestions for marketing campaign visuals, commented and suggested improvements for other team members work when needed. The visual design in this job was aimed mainly for b-to-c marketing solutions.
