Project completed on schedule and below budget. Proficient with all construction management forms, means and software. Completed 3 commercial build-outs, as well as two commercial kitchen projects and 5 TI projects in San Francisco.

Completed a 9 story, 98 unit residential project over 5 commercial/retail spaces with an operating budget of $20million. Both properties are prime examples of modern green building techniques. Responsibilities included scheduling, training, supervision of staff, sub-contractor scheduling, relations and compliance, safety and OSHA compliance, site construction practices and procedures, blueprint & design adherence as well as structural code compliance. Liaison between owner and contractors. Proficient with MS Project/Office/ExcelGood communications and contacts with City and State officials as well as numerous sub-contractors.
