At Novo, I was the Operations Director, which effectively means I was the Learning Director, HR Manager, Customer Service Manager, Account management director and Product owner for the learning platform. We were successful in creating a multi-purpose platform for many different industries such as Retail, Healthcare, Production, Hospitality, Education and of course Language learning.

The platform is currently the number 1 video-based training platform for the Hospitality industry and with new partners coming on board every day, the future looks bright. The ambition of LobsterInk is as great as its potential. Other industry verticals are screaming out for the kind of solution that the platform provides: engaged learning, solid reporting and state-of-the-art technology. My role as Global Head of Learning is spread across the company. One key area of responsibility is the management of the course architecture team that handles instructional design for the online training courses reports. The second area of responsibility is related to innovations in quality assurance of our courses. What this means that we are constantly observing, learning and crafting new creative solutions using features and ideas that already exist in the market today. Together with great tech-team, the strategies and priorities of features and tools get specced and then developed, tested, re-tested, adapted and implemented in many areas across the platform as long as they enhance the learning engagement. With a lot of Client contact and a lot of financial responsibilities, my role is a solid foundation for the Executive Committee of the company.
