- Project Management of Nord Stream in Lubmin (Germany), 3 near shore vessels, fine tuning offshore phase - Daily management of up to 20p and 2 direct reports- Planning on site, Progress reporting, Quality, Budget Control & Health and Safety - Supply Chain of and tendering for personnel, logistics and equipment- Direct Client liaison on site- Business Development for new vessel to expand the accessibility of the European market - Extend, develop and expand European client base- Support Business Development team in technical survey related issues

- Contract and Tender Management- Management of up to 25p and 3 direct reports- Stakeholder management- Course director of newly set up internationally accredited (by IHO / FIG / ICA ) Hydrographic Surveyor Category “B” course- Develop and Conduct courses in Culture & Communications, Project Management and Risk and Stakeholder Management & Survey in a.o. Italy, Manilla, Norway, USA and Aberdeen- Course Communications, Organisation and planning for up to 15 international students and 30 different clients- One of the two editors of the Handbook of Offshore Surveying (Volumes 1, 2 & 3)

- Full Project responsibility for International Baggage Handling systems at airports- Project team management with up to 6 direct reports and up to 150p on the team- Finances, Contract, Planning, Progress, Sub-contractors, Risks and Opportunities, Stakeholder, Investments, Site management, Client relations, Installation, Commissioning and ultimate Hand-over- Supply Chain Management of locally sourced personnel and equipment (hardware & software) and set-up of local testing- Client Airports at: Palermo, Antalya, Chisinau, Abu Dhabi, Royal Air Wing Dubai, Krakow & Cairo

- Project Management of Construction, Pipe-line Investigation, Rig-move and Analogue / Digital Survey & ROV Projects- Projects in: North Sea, Norwegian Sea, Baltic, Mediterranean, Gulf of Guinea, South Atlantic Ocean, South China Sea, of the Coast of Namibia, Angola, Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Ivory Coast, Brasil, Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines- Responsible for Progress reporting, Budget control, Health and Safety & Contract- Initiated and implemented changes to costs calculations and project reporting- Responsible person with respect to technical and procedural survey related topics & policies- Worldwide sourcing, planning and assessment of up to 150p offshore staff- Development and set up of practical hardware and software training- Offshore Project Manager responsible for daily operations on board and client interface

- Working offshore to provide interfacing, set-up, testing and data Quality Control of various electronical Survey and ROV (remotely operated vehicle) sensors. Positioning, Pitch&Roll, Gyro, Bathy, Velocity dip, Swath bathymetry, Subsurface Positioning (USBL & LBL), Pipetracker, Magnetometer, SSS, SBP, Coring, Streamers etc etc- Responsible person for data collection quality, data processing and subsequent reporting and charting- Project support in final client discussions in acceptance of data, reports & charts- Providing survey & engineering support on Dredging projects in the Ports of Felixstowe, Harwich, Newhaven, Pembroke Dock, Holyhead, Belfast, Heysham and Barrow-in-Furness
