Division Manager Business Support
Current- Part of the management team. A new way of working is introduced to the company and my department together with 6 others are responsible for changing the mindset and make sure the methodology is introduced as smooth as possibly can.- In the beginning I was running 7 projects as a Project manager for 3 high risk companies with a focus to increase confidence in the company, stabilize work and increase the requests for new projects.- Overall responsible for 45 people of which 21 are my direct responsibility.- Responsible for 4 different chapters:Chapter Project Management (a.i. Chapter Lead). This is a team of 14 different project managers which are responsible for the projects within Enablement. This could either be transition/transformation (add a new customer to the company) or run related projects.Chapter Agile. This team consists of Agile coaches and scrum masters. There are 2 weekly sprints which consists of run and change. There are 12 people within the team and they maintain 8 different multi-disciplinary teams (MDT’s).Chapter IPCC. This team is in charge of Incident, problem and change management. Consists of around 16 people which manage all of the Enablement customers.Chapter SMT (a.i. Chapter Lead). This team consists of 5 people and is in charge of maintaining our service management tooling which include ServiceNow & Topdesk. The team creates and maintains interfaces between customers and Conclusion Enablement and adds functionality where needed.
