Typejust is an end-to-end regulatory change management product for banks and financial service companies. We put regulated organizations in control over their compliance and make them significantly more efficient, productive, and effective, by doing so.

SparQ, an innovative RegTech initiative, is focused on enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of regulatory compliance processes. The developed solution provides global support to ING businesses, offering regulatory information and risk data to 550 users across various departments within the organization.I played a role throughout the entire innovation journey of the initiative, starting from its inception within the ING innovation lab, advancing to integration and implementation within the business, and ultimately concluding with a successful sale to an external party.During my tenure as a product owner, my key responsibilities included:* Translating business objectives into actionable product strategies and orchestrating end-to-end product development from concept to launch.* Collaborating closely with stakeholders to prioritize features, create user stories, coordinate user acceptance testing, manage the product backlog, and ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap.* Defining and ensuring the product vision while observing and analyzing market developments.* Crafting a strategy for the global rollout of the product, realizing its implementation, and providing continuous support for its sustained success.* Guiding the sale of the product to an external party and securing the seamless transfer of knowledge post-deal completion.

During my tenure as a service designer of the SparQ team, my key responsibilities included:* Researching user needs, behaviors, and pain points, and analyzing data to pinpoint improvement opportunities.* Crafting user journeys, personas, and service blueprints to map the complete service experience.* Collaborating with cross-functional teams and facilitating workshops to gather insights.* Creating prototypes for visualizing and testing service concepts, conducting usability tests, and iterating on designs.* Identifying and implementing opportunities for service innovation and improvement.* Effectively communicating design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and creating supporting documentation.* Developing test plans, executing tests, and working closely with development teams to guarantee the desired implementation of service designs.* Iterating on designs and specifications continually based on user feedback, testing outcomes, and evolving business requirements.
