The developed solution provides global support to ING businesses, offering regulatory information and risk data to 550 users across various departments within the organization.I played a role throughout the entire innovation journey of the initiative, starting from its inception within the ING innovation lab, advancing to integration and implementation within the business, and ultimately concluding with a successful sale to an external party.During my tenure as a product owner, my key responsibilities included:* Translating business objectives into actionable product strategies and orchestrating end-to-end product development from concept to launch.* Collaborating closely with stakeholders to prioritize features, create user stories, coordinate user acceptance testing, manage the product backlog, and ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap.* Defining and ensuring the product vision while observing and analyzing market developments.* Crafting a strategy for the global rollout of the product, realizing its implementation, and providing continuous support for its sustained success.* Guiding the sale of the product to an external party and securing the seamless transfer of knowledge post-deal completion.
