I am a Jr. Fund Manager for the Benelux branch of pan-European real estate investment manager Catella, responsible for two Dutch residential real estate portfolios on behalf of multiple German institutional investors. These closed-end funds are invested in residential assets throughout the Dutch market. Both vehicles have displayed very significant investment performance over the last decade. Besides my Fund Management activities, I am also involved in the business development activities of the Catella Group and in that capacity mostly occupied with actively supporting product development and equity raising ventures.
