- Support for the North American region for energy and mine closure & reclamation- Collaborated on provincial and federal government energy & climate change policy consultations and assessment of policy proposals to the company- Continued support for the Borden project, including working with utility companies to increase electrical capacity and enable embedded generation on site.

Continuation of the same role under Goldcorp.

- Continued support for Borden, including the utility connection, securing & administering government funding, miscellaneous engineering projects and supporting the site with the underground electric haul truck trade-off.- Covered for the vacant energy coordinator position and secured several incentive contracts to execute conservation projects. Increased the understanding of Ontario electricity pricing on site and aligned budgeting, forecasting and accruals to energy policy. - Implemented peak load management program at Porcupine which realized significant cost savings.- Accountable for site enterprise risk management

- Delivered the prefeasibility study for Borden, which included a lot of new ideas and innovations, including going all electric, no compressed air lines, ventilation on demand, 1000V underground distribution etc.- Accountable for all early engineering for the Borden project, including civil, electrical, mining and geotechnical- Ensured engineering was aligned with environmental and community studies and initiatives. This included attending and presenting at community meetings.

Completion of my Master thesis at Boliden for my degree at Delft University of Technology. Title of the thesis: Estimation of the Risk for Mine Induced Seismicity in Large Scale Mining in the Garpenberg Mine.
