Executing implementation of Account Policy in EMEA. The Account Policy's goal is to increase the quality master data for the customer accounts. By harmonizing and simplification of business processes across different departments (Master Data, Customer Care, Pricing, Rebates, Legal).Optimizing quality of employee data by performing analysis and initiating cleaning of data. Supporting implementation of interface to increase data quality.

Creating, aligning and executing future reporting strategy for maturing reporting environmentfor EMEA Demand Planning. Leading a team which is responsible for creating and maintainingthe KPI’s for Supply Chain department in the EMEA region. This team used MS Office suite tocreated these KPI’s. Main goal is to migrate the reports to SQL and Hadoop backend combinedwith Tableau front end.

Creating and executing a roadmap for requirements gathering, development, testing, software,hardware and support was part of this role.I was given the opportunity to create and lead a web-based application team which hostsapplication for mainly the EMEA region. This team supported 20 DC’s within EMEA region and 10DC’s in US. My team was responsible for rolling out existing applications to new sites, due to godirect strategy, within EMEA as well as creating new applications to optimize processes. Therewere two application domains, ASP.net and Oracle. Those combined had approximately 120applications in its portfolio.

Main project during this period was the integration of Covidien in EMEA for Supply Chainplanning and the 10 DC’s. I was the lead for BI & VAS, which included reports and applications.During this project existing Access applications of Covidien have been converted and integratedinto web-based applications. As well as integrating BU created reports into IT supportedplatforms. This supported the standardization and harmonization of applications and reports forEMEA DC’s.

During this role I was part of the team who implemented SAP for the DC in Heerlen. During this project I was responsible for implementation of the Outbound processes and transportation routes. After the SAP implementation I have executed projects focusing on optimization of the Outbound processes.- Go-live SAP- SAP key user- BW power- Engineer outbound department- Development Access applications- Define/Maintain interfaces from SAP to carriers- Route determination SAP- Layout changes outbound department- Conveyor changes

During this internship I made an Excel model that can be used for calculation the EOC (Economc Order Quantity).

Dravima is a small company which has customer in the automotive industry. To be able to supply products to these customers the QS-9000 certificate was required. I worked during an internship on obtaining it and during this period I maintained it.

My assignment was to make sure the QS 9000 certificate was obtained.
