Managing, deploying and supporting the CallerConnect Voice management platform. Callerconnect is a voice management platform which gives tenants the ability to easily deploy their voice application. The system is build around various micro-services that manage services.

First line of support to questions regarding SURFconext from end-users from many education organizations in the Netherlands. Other tasks at SURFconext concerned making services available to other organizations and testing the platform.Besides SURFconext, Maarten also helped other departments at SURFnet with various tasks. For example he built a visualization of the network flow on the SURFnet v7 network.

Deploying and managing a solution for Mobile Device Management supporting a bring your own device policy at gemeente zederik. In charge of examing the current environment in place and requirements from employees. After that stage the found solution is to be deployed and managed.In this project Maarten performed an IST and SOLL analysis of the MDM environment. He defined after the analysis what the organization is expected and required to do.

Maarten started in the role of part-time help-desk consultant. Within a matter of weeks he was fully operational in this role and able to correctly service the AltiGen partner channel and her end-user customer base (medium to large organizations).

Development of special software regarding current microsoft solutions. Specializes in CRM 2011 and Lync solutions to enrich the current environment. Deployed Lync 2013 in an local virtualized environment.Also doing web development with ruby on rails as backend.
