In his current assignment which focuses on technology harmonization, the organization and business impact showed much more profound than initially expected. Maarten´s recipe for success? Rely as much on rigorous architecture methods as well as on people focus. Maarten started at Capgemini as an SAP technical consultant. For the last couple of years he has been focussing more and more on IT architecture in general and SAP architecture specifically.
