- Lead a team of Sales Executives to manage business relationships and commercial activities on a European level for the Global Business Unit (GBU).- As a member of the global management team, contribute to the formulation of the GBU strategy and business plan across the globe.- Define and implement a sales strategy, plan, and targets, to give systematic direction to and control over sales and business relationship activities.- Identify market trends, portfolio developments & sales opportunities, to assure strategic sales and program alignment with market demands.- Manage and monitor the performance of the sales organization to achieve the GBU sales targets on P&L, NBV, portfolio, margin, and risk costs.

• Execute growth strategy to ensure that companies’ volume and profitability goals, across EMEA in the assigned Industries, are achieved/exceeded• Leading an international commercial team with direct reports in multiple jurisdictions• Negotiate tailor-made inventory finance & account receivables programs with large multinationals in the Recreational Vehicle, Marine, Motorsport, Industrial Equipment, Agricultural & Lawn and Gardening markets. • Prepare budgets, short/mid/long-term company strategies, marketing plan, market review analyses for all assigned industries across EMEA.

- Execute sales strategy to ensure companies volume and profitability goals, across EMEA in the Motorcycle, Marine, Industrial Equipment, Agricultural Equipment and Recreational Vehicle industry, are achieved/exceeded- Leading an international commercial team with direct reports in multiple jurisdictions- Negotiate tailor-made inventory finance programs with market leading manufacturers in assigned sectors- Prepare budget, marketing plan, market review analyses for all assigned industries across EMEA

- Execute sales strategy to ensure companies volume and profitability goals, across Europe in the Recreational Vehicle industry, are achieved/exceeded- Leading an international commercial team with direct reports in multiple jurisdictions- Negotiate tailor-made inventory finance programs with market leading manufacturers in assigned sector- Prepare budget, marketing plan, market review analyses for RV segment across 15 European countries

- Managing team of Sales Managers in the Benelux & Scandinavia- Sales Acquisition on key accounts- Prepare marketing plan, budget, etc.
