I was working in the marketing technology department, within FedEx digital. There were two big subjects:- Working on User Segmentation projects- Working on the 'gdl', a standardised DataLayer within all of the (online) applications within FedEx. For the GDL I was responsible for the CICD & DevOps setup and making sure that all stakeholders where aligned and all the processes were in place. As Integration Specialist I am responsible for the implementation and configuration of the Relay42 technology at our clients. I am the expert translating (online)marketing cases into technical implementations with the Relay42 technology. Translating business requirements into technical requirements is part of my daily job. So is connecting the Relay42 systems to other systems, such as CRM, data warehouses, DSPs, ESPs I am used to working on different levels with IT and marketing stakeholders. Proactively thinking along on solutions and providing substantive advice is in my nature.My technical and analytical background helps me to understand how different systems interact and how data can be accessed and used. I am able to identify and remove the barriers that our clients face; create a support group; bring together stakeholders and lead the projects to success.
