I bring radical new business ideas from a post-it to a validated business model with first paying customers. Based on a background in product development and entrepreneurial experience I apply Lean Startup, Design Thinking and User-Centered Design methodologies to gather (market) data that validates, or invalidates the most risky assumptions of the new project. Experience in agriculture, IT, banking and tech industries, but mastering the innovation process means I can add value in any industry or setting. This works for start-ups, scale-ups and in corporate innovation, and with new products/services both digital and physical. I do have a preference for more tangible projects with a clear end-user, and impact-driven projects with sustainability-linked goals next to financial ones.I have a very energetic, enthusiastic and driven personality, but innovation and new business/product development are no one-man adventures: communication, teamwork and involvement of the right stakeholders are essential for a successful project.
