A project initiated by Humanitarian Policy and Conflict Research (HPCR) at Harvard University. This mainly Swiss Federal government funded project aimed to promote professional and strategic approaches to the security of humanitarian personnel in hazardous environments. In July 2009 the project to the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP).
