Software product development project for Hyva in which analog pneumatic/hydraulics controls for a tipping truck are replaced by a digital controlled solution in compliance with the ISO-13849 functional safety standard. The new digital solution includes graphical HMI (Linux/Android based) and cloud applications through a cellular data connection. The digital tipping solution will double as a platform for Hyva to be used for their other products such as: container handling, cranes and waste management.

Together with the customer (Tribus) and a team of automotive software engineers, the Tribus Movitas electric city bus was conceived. For Sioux Technologies the scope extended from requirements specification (what functionality is required from the vehicle), consulting the customer with the technical decision making, software development for system and component integration. Tribus Movitas made its debut on Busworld 2018.

Together with a multi-disciplinary team and in close cooperation with the customer (VB-Airsuspension), an ISO-26262 ASIL-C compliant embedded controller (hardware and software) was developed for an active air suspension system, targeting the light commercial vehicle OEM market.

The Connected Car project provides a solution for integrating road vehicles in an advanced fleet management system. The project develops the entire stack, from vehicle board computers to back-end data processing and application in the form of web-portals and mobile apps. Most notable customer is PON (importer of VAG car brands). During my time with the project a scale up from 40k to over 90k vehicles was realized while several new end-user features were added.

The ASML YieldStar FaFi project at Sioux delivered several commercial software products required by ASML’s customers to enable them to implement the next technology node in chip manufacturing. In addition, the project assisted with providing extra capacity for maintenance and support activities.

The ASML YieldStar Sensing project at Sioux has delivered more than 35 software components that play a crucial role setting up the first ever and all future YieldStar YS-350E machines. In a multi-disciplinary team including both software and physics engineers, calibration software components were co-designed with ASML and implemented.

As a Team Leader at ASML in the Machine Control TwinScan Sustaining project, I'm responsible for the operational management of a team of seven Software Engineers. The team handles customer issues and customer specific feature requests within the Machine Control scope.

The Production Control software development group at ASML is responsible for the TwinScan control software. It controls all production logistics and initiates the necessary actions in other TwinScan software to perform calibrations, system conditioning and eventually production. As a Software Engineer I joined the team responsible for maturing the new NXT platform.

Research project which resulted in a proof-of-concept application that can be used to verify Siemens STEP7 Statement List PLC programs. Verification, in this context, means: determine correctness of a program according to specified requirements with absolute certainty. In the scope of this project, PLC programs of Vanderlande Industries (Veghel, the Netherlands) and ASML (Veldhoven, the Netherlands) have been verified.

Half year project with the goal to improve efficiency and delivery accuracy of the production facility. This included adaptation of the business processes for sales, logistics and production departments.

Development and customization of ERP software modules (Microsoft Dynamics Navision). Conversion and migration of multiple databases into Microsoft Dynamics Navision. Supporting the implementation of business processes in the new ERP system. Provide training and support to employees of all departments (sales, purchase, finance, logistics, production, quality and management)

Sales and customer consultancy of digital and analogue photo equipment. Operator of a digital chemical film development and photo print lab (Fujifilm Frontier).

Development of a version control application for security camera firmware configurations. The application is used in development and support departments to manage firmware configurations for all models and revisions.
