Head Of ProductTime To Momo Feb 2021 - Nov 2023Rotterdam, South Holland, NetherlandsTime to Momo is het platform voor stedentrippers. -
Sr. Experience Design StrategistMirabeau 2014 - Feb 2021Mirabeau helps business to maximize their relevance by way of human-centric transformation. As Design Strategist it was my role to guide my clients in their decision making. From an understanding of human nature, our changing society, and the client's brand, organisation and ambitions, I developed strategies and concepts for products and services that not only solved real problems but also enhanced our humanity: making us live our day-to-day lives more in line with our personal and our social values. But our attention was not just on big ideas. A lot of companies struggle with putting the customer first, and a recurring theme in my work was to help stakeholders embrace human centered design. Usually this involved talking to real customers, mapping user experiences, giving workshops, creating service blueprints, prototyping & testing, before releasing anything into the wild. I was responsible for the entire process, all the way down to leading the creative teams. I also was the strategic lead for the international Travel & Hospitality vertical. This was the largest vertical within Mirabeau, with a market portfolio that included KLM Air France, Transavia, Skyteam, Etihad, Widerøe, Schiphol Airport, D-rt Group (D-reizen/Vertrekpunt/VX), Vacanceselect. With a vertical team of 5 (business development lead, delivery lead, two client management leads and myself) we grew this portfolio consistently year on year. However, I left this role because of moral conflicts.I've also enjoyed working with a variety of other clients (like Johnson & Johnson, DPA, DTG, and Gemeente Amsterdam) and on numerous pitches. -
