Sourced and recruited talent for Apple Retail EMEA, looking after UK, UAE, and NL. Also developed and delivered a new onboarding & training programme for new talent in EMEA and China.

Being end-responsible for an organisation of 30 students, of which 6 fulltime (50 hours per week) and 24 part-time (20 hours per week). Responsible for strategy, human resources, external relations and managing the full-time board. Also chaired and gave trainings (Train the Trainer, Effective communication, Giving & Receiving feedback, Getting things done) during AIESEC conferences in Egypt, Ukraine, Poland and Bulgaria, and Germany

Being responsible for the selection of academic students who want to go on an internship with AIESEC, and helping them with finding a an internship of their preference. During my year as selection manager I implemented a new assessment centre during the summer peak in order to process a high amount of applicants in a effective and efficient way.

Participant of the Dutch ‘Ambassadorsprogamme’. Sponsored by KLM to go to Indonesia to represent AIESEC The Netherlands during an 8-week programme including cultural, professional and cultural experiences after a national selection process (450 -> 20 students).

Founded my own photography company. Amongst others, I provided photographs to local newspapers, performing artists, and freelance professionals.
