I was selected to participate in the 16th Rotary Youth Exchange Program to Japan. This provided me with the opportunity to live with a Japanese host family and learn first-hand about Japanese culture, religion, history, lifestyle and traditions. Additionally participating in Rotary meetings to actively engage with local businesses, local governments and social initiatives. This program gave me the chance to be part of the process of establishing good relations between Belgium and Japan.
