Over 200 consultants and interim managers solve challenges on the agenda of financial management.As Associate Partner, I am thought leader on project organisations and change management. My team and I support organisations with professionalising their project governance and control, by desiging made-to-measure processes, tools and templates. We support organisations in their complex transitions.

In my last projects, I was engaged as a Project Manager (Business) for ABN AMRO in the Netherlands, working on the SEPA-programme, and on a DSDM-project, involved in billing and rating. My added value lies in the fact that I can organize and streamline the processen for IT-related projects. Previously, I have set up and managed several project support ofices around the Netherlands and in Aruba. Clients include ABN AMRO Bank, IBM, T-Mobile, Heineken, PricewaterhouseCoopers and the tax services of Aruba. ConQuaestor was formed by means of a management buy-out from IBM BCS in the Netherlands.

As a consultant in project support, I have worked in a supporting role for a number of large projects. My role in these projects have been setting-up project support offices, assisting project management and managing smaller sub-projects individually.I left IBM BCS as a result of a management buy-out, resulting in the founding of ConQuaestor.

This internship was in Budapest, Hungary. As a team leader responsible for proces descriptions for customer service and development of new relevant standards and processes for the newly developed Customer Service Department.As a team member, part of a extensive market analysis, on which basis high-interest regions and markets have been defined for the company.
