I hold a Professional Master's degree in Public Health with an emphasis in Health Administration from Universidad de Costa Rica, and a Specialist certification in Quality Management (ISO 9001) from Universidad Europea del Atlántico.My core competencies include managing and supervising the registration, renewal, and modification of the sanitary licenses of the products marketed in the CARICAM region, coordinating the bioequivalence certifications for orphan, radiopharmaceutical, and biological drugs, and ensuring compliance with the Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards. I also have strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, and I am fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
