Fueled by additional money from Chinese funds, the Hang Seng Index reached multiple year highs. The IPO appetite is still strong and helps to keep Hong Kong as one of the worlds leading IPO markets for some time to come.The Funds performance in 2021 was satisfactory but geared heavily with reconstruction towards tech, biotech and BEV counters moving forward. Compared to the US markets, PE ratio of the Hong Kong stocks are still low with room for the index to reach previous highs in 2023 and 2024 within an economic recovery fueled by further COVID relaxation in China.
